We have South African clients who recently combined all their individual Hasp HL licences into a SL-Admin network licence on a server at their head office in the Netherlands.
They originally connected to the work servers in the Netherlands using a Cisco VPN solution over IPv4, and have recently changed to Windows 10 Direct Connect using IPv6.
They have no problem accessing the network licence in the Netherlands when they are in their local office.
There is however now a problem when they try to work from home over an ADSL type connection, which did work for them when using the Cisco solution. In this case they cannot connect to the licence server, even though it shows up in the Sentinel Admin Control Centre and they use the displayed IPv6 address as the remote server address.
We asked our local distributor for assistance a month ago but have had no feedback at all, and our client is getting rather peed-off.
What should we be looking at to solve this problem ?
