As per the description shared by you, Yes there has been some issue with the Memory Leak in Sentinel RMS 9.1.x, which has already been fixed by us in our latest version of Sentinel RMS i.e. RMS 9.2.
Not sure if you are allowed to upgrade the RMS License Server yourself. So it would be recommended to contact AVEVA who can try doing the same for you, and contact us back in case of any concern.
