Since the upgrade, the service started to have intermittent issues as applications cannot get a license every three or four days.
We noticed that the service "lservnt.exe" increase the memory by around 20% per day. Our server has 4 GB of memory and eventually runs out of memory due to the sentinel RMS service consuming it all.
We have to restart the sentinel RMS service and sometimes the server also need to be restarted as the lack of memory sometimes affected other windows services.
Has someone come across this problem? Why the new version 9.1.0.104 is increasing so much in memory?
Do you have some stats or figures related to its memory consumption and quantity of licenses seats negotiated?
Can you please advise of any workaround or resolution?
