Re : Problem accessing Sentinel EMS

Hi Christophe,

Thanks for sharing the concern!

To understand the issue and troubleshoot on the same further, kindly check the below steps:

1. Please check in the Windows Service window if the "Sentinel EMS" and "SQL Server (EMSDATABASE)" services are running or not?

2. If above services are not running kindly Start\ Restart them.

3. Make sure the ports 8080 is open to use by Sentinel EMS.

If above steps does not fix the concern, kindly email us at "technical.support@gemalto.com".
