HASP key and network HASP key batteries

Hi, I have one HASP key and two network HASP keys for 7 CaptionMaker licenses we have. The HASP key is 4 years old and one of the network HASP keys is almost 3 years old. We use them on a daily basis and need to have them running 24/7.

Would my CaptionMaker stop working if any of the HASP key batteries die?

What would be the procedure to replace the battery?

Can you transfer my licenses to the new HASP key in case it needs to be replaced?
