Application says the HASP Key is no longer valid

I am trying to run an application in windows 10 that uses HASP HL Pro Version 3.25. There is no issue in installing the HASP driver. However when I try to run the application I get the following error message. " HASP Key is not longer valid, exiting the program" The driver version: 7.65.0.0
