Re : Error on Protection key update

Hi Vasea,

This error generally occurs when the c2v record is not available in database.

Please try to checkin the c2v and share the result.

Then follow the below mentioned steps and confirm if you get any issues:

1. Create Protection key update type of entitlement and locate it from c2v.
2. Add product and produce the entitlement and generate the v2c.
