Hi.
When try to load the c2v file into the EMS version 7.5 to create a new entitlement (v2c file), I receive the message "Unable to retrieve Protection Key for Key ID - XXXXXXX".
In Sentinel Admin Control Center, Master Key have 4.31 version, Net Time 10 key have 4.34 version.
The c2v file was generated by the client using the RUS utility.
