I was in a hurry so I have downloaded the Java jre1.8.0_141 and installed it, later I have complete installation and got running Sentinel EMS. I would like to provide a follow-up as I have discovered that I have an environment variable Jre_HOME set to C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_141.
I think that I was able to open Sentinel EMS, but I was unable to open "Entitlements" tab as spinner was shown on that tab forever.
