Hi Neeraj,

Please confirm the LDK/EMS version you are using at your end.

If the EMS version is less than 7.6 you need to take a fresh c2v (having machine fingerprints) from customer machine and generate a fresh license for the customer.

If the EMS version is 7.6 then you can generate a clear clone v2c once you check in the clone c2v and the license can be activated again.
