Re : Upgrading from EMS 7.5 to 7.6 went very wrong: now I don't have either 7.5 or 7.6 nor any way to reinstall.

It appears that the Sentinel LDK EMS 7.6 Installation has been interrupted leaving EMS leftovers on the system. This may require further troubleshooting over remote session.

Please drop us an email at technical.support@gemalto.com for further assistance. Also share the version of JRE (currently installed) over the email.
