It appears that your application is unable to locate the required Feature that matches the scope.
Please note that this error is faced if API is not able to access license (Feature) with defined scope XML.
Kindly share the following details:
- Is it a network license or standalone license.?
- Are you using SL license or HL license?
- Are you able to open the Admin Control Center (http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html) and see if the license is visible under 'Sentinel Keys' page?
It is always recommend to use the latest HASP/LDK drivers. Here is the link to download HASP/LDK drivers 7.60
After downloading the drivers and extracting it, Open the Command Prompt (CMD) with Admin Rights and browse to the drivers location.
a. Type in the following command:
haspdinst -purge
b. Then, type in command:
haspdinst -I
