I have a client trying to run our SuperPro protected software under Windows 10. The Sentinel System Driver (Version 7.5.8.0) installation runs without error. When the client tries to run our software or the Field Exchange Utility they receive an E0003 Key not found error.

In their Device Manager the key shows up correctly under USB Controllers as "Safenet USB SuperPro/UltraPro". The driver properties shows displays this status:
The driver events tab shows that the device did not start.
I had them run the Sentinel Advanced Medic with these results:
The medic log starts with:

Any idea why the driver does not appear to be starting properly?
