Thanks for raising the concern.

For the mentioned issue please make sure that you are using our latest driver version 7.54, available at below location:

Command line Installer: https://sentinelcustomer.gemalto.com/DownloadNotice.aspx?dID=8589947873

If the issue still persists then we need to investigate the same at our end , therefore, please send the details to technical.support@gemalto.com  or  crmprod@gemalto.com  ASAP.
