Please follow the initial instructions and share further details on our support email address ‘technical.support@gemalto.com’ or ‘crmprod@gemalto.com’ for further investigation:
1. Confirm the type of format performed by customer on the problemactic machine (High Level formatting or low level formatting).
2. Share the 'clone protection type' which you have specified in the Product of generated license.
3. Try to apply the base V2C file provided earlier and share the error screenshot received at customer's machine.
