Thanks for raising the concern.
Please be informed that the given issue is known to us and it has been fixed in the latest LDK runtime release.
Kindly use the below link to download the Runtime drivers and try to install the LDK SDK afterwards.

Installation steps:
1- Open the folder location of haspdinst.exe in cmd (admin mode).
2- Run the following commands :
> haspdinst –purge (to remove previous installations)
> haspdint –i (to install)
