For the mentioned issue, please follow the below steps one by one and try to install the drivers again:
1. Please use the Sentinel HASP Runtime Environment Removal tool available on the below path:

2. Stop any antivirus or firewall available on the system and try to install the drivers again.
3. hasplms.exe is available under C:\Windows\System32, please remove this file manually. Restart the system and install the drivers again.
4. In case windows\system32\hasplms.exe is read only or hidden. In this case file properties should be checked and changed. And try to install the drivers.
Note: Please make sure that the customer has Administrator Rights.
