Hi,

Thanks for your answer. Another question related to that: right now, when we fully activate a customer, we ask them to send a footprint using RUS and selecting the "installation of new protection key" option. However, this option is greyed out when a software key is already present. Only the "Update of existing protection key" option is available. Does it behave the same when the key is in trialware mode?
