- Between timestamps 11:59:40 and 11:59:47, I'm launcing putty.exe through remote desktop, protected with same parameters as my "problem" app. Putty.exe launches fine.

- Between timestamps 12:00:18 - 12:01:02, I'm launching my own app through remote desktop, protected in the same way as putty.exe. The app doesn't launch, and I get the error pop-up described in my first message.
