Kindly share few more information:
1- Share the name of application that you are using for remote connection.
2- Type of HL key that your are using.
3- Go to http://localhost:1947/_int_/config.html and enable all the logs. Replicate the issue and share the logs with us. Location of log is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP\log".
4- Version of Admin Control Center (ACC) that you are using. Go to http://localhost:1947/_int_/diag.html and share the diagnostic report with us.
5- take remote connection with any other machine and try again.
6- install application on any other machine and try to run application on it through RDP.
I am trying to replicate this issue at my end but no success.
