Hi Howie,
The version of runtime installed is very old.
Please uninstall the same from Control Panel > Programs and Features > Sentinel Runtime
Then try installing the latest version from the following link-
Please note that we no longer support Windows XP as it is already end-of-support from Microsoft.
Hence we cannot comment on the behavior on XP. You can check and try if the new drivers are able to resolve the issue.
