Really hoping for some help here.
My scenario happened last January when the drive failed on the server PC at my establishment. The machine was replaced with a Windows 7 64bit install (formerly Windows 7 32bit). All necessary software was put back in play and the USB hasp key seems to work fine with what was recovered. Back in January there was one piece of critical software that couldn't be recovered because the installation media had been lost. Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago and I was able to secure a copy of this program and install it. Part of NCR's Aloha POS software.
The program runs absolutely fine in demo mode however even though I have a valid license, it seems unable to see the hasp key. I was told it was due to it being a 64bit Windows installation but I was not offered any help beyond that as it is an older piece of software so both the local vendor and NCR no longer support it nor has it been replaced with a newer version. I have years worth of data and time poured into a database that I have completely recovered but cannot work with in any fashion because of this licensing hurdle.
The software comes with a small program called "License Manager" which appears to belong to Aloha and not a third party and it seems that this program must see the USB key or it will not allow the other program to run licensed.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
