Thanks for reaching out to Gemalto.
Per Microsoft error code list <https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms681382(v=vs.85).aspx>, status code 193 reflects error message ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT.
Sentinel hardlock service (C:\windows\system32\hasplms.exe) is not able to get started.
Please note that Sentinel Run-time Environment Installer (haspdinst.exe) requires to be installed in order to communicate with Sentinel license key expect driverless HL Keys.
Kindly follow the given instructions and share the results:
A. Download DebugView tool <https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/debugview> and run with 'Run as Administrator' mode. Under 'Capture' tab, click 'Capture Kernal' and share the results.
B. Click the below link to download and install our latest Sentinel HASP/LDK drivers version 7.80 :

After downloading the drivers and extracting it, Open the Command Prompt (CMD) with Admin Rights and browse to the drivers location.
i) Type in the following command:
haspdinst -purge
ii) Then, type in command:
haspdinst -i
Note: You may need to temporarily disable the Antivirus if installed on machine. The same can be enabled again after the successful installation of Sentinel drivers.
Additionally, please share the following information:
- Share the Operating System details.
- How many users are affected with this error ?
