I think you misunderstood my intentions about this feature. The plan is not to recommend version Y to update from version X. The intention is to say version X is not supported with this OS version update to the latest.
Anyways, I saw "Release notes repository" in main downloads page. It is an archive of LDK release notes which also contain section on RTE release notes.
