We use Geostudio in our office, and a few years back, we started running into a problem where the software wouldn't detect multiple HASP keys being used at once. This is a problem because the software has multiple different modules and you often need 2-3 things licensed at once for certain files/work.
The way the program will behave is if key A and key B are both plugged in, only key A works or is detected by the software. When key A is unplugged, the license for key B will immediately highlight/start working.
We have tried everything we can think of (uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, many different licensing options, different versions of Windows, different USB ports and hubs, even contacting Geostudio a few times) and we can't seem to find a solution for this behaviour.
The HASP version of these keys that shows up in Windows is 2.17.
Any idea on what could cause this kind of conflict or issue?
