"One or more of the C2V files are invalid or empty, or relate to a non-existent Batch Code." when trying to check in C2V files in Sentinel EMS version 7.4.

I get the error "One or more of the C2V files are invalid or empty, or relate to a non-existent Batch Code." when trying to check in C2V files in Sentinel EMS version 7.4.

I have already tried to remove extra characters at the end of the C2V file using HexEdit, as suggested here:

Please help me understand what I am doing wrong.  Thanks.
