Thanks for raising the concern.
Could you please check if the Sentinel EMS page is appearing through “Vendor Suite” to confirm if the installation was successful or not?
If the EMS is working then we may not need to do anything further with the installation.
However if the Sentinel EMS page is not appearing then please try the below steps to configure installed JRE version for EMS service.
1-Open the below directory and check for SentinelEMSw.exe.
For x86 machine - C:\Program Files \Gemalto Sentinel\Sentinel EMS\EMSServer\bin
2-Run SentinelEMSw.exe and open the java tab.
3- Set the below path, browse jvm.dll and start the service.
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_112\jre\bin\server
This should help to revive the Sentinel EMS service.
However, if the problem still persists then please share it with us at our support portal using below link:

This would enable a more detailed investigation for the same and should help to resolve at earliest.
