Hope you are doing good.

Regarding the mentioned issue, unfortunately Windows server 2012 R2 is not listed under supported platforms of Sentinel Protection Server, therfeore, I cannot comment on the license cancellation functionality in this case.

Our latest Sentinel Protection Installer version 7.6.9 is also not supported on Windows Server 2012 R2, however, you can try with the same.
