I would inform you that we do not support old OS like WinXP and Vista. Kindly update to latest OS or at-least Windows 7.
Before doing any thing, kindly take backup of EMS database. For backup follow attached document.
Once you update the OS and take EMS DB backup, please contact us on "technical.support@gemalto.com" for support and further process.
