We have a several machines that run vendor protected software (java application on shared network drive) using the green HASP HL MAX mini-form hardware keys. Some of these machines are now being migrated to another subnet where we have the same vendor's HASP Net 50 key installed.
If/When we connect a 'clean' machine to the network, with NO LMS software or driver's installed, the product validates properly using the HASP Net 50 key (assuming enough open stations).
But these machines that previously used the green HASP HL MAX keys do not. I've tried completely removing any trace of the Hasp LMS or Sentinel service that used to be running when using the stand-alone local hardware key, but the software refuses to validate using anything but the local 'green' key.
How can I get these machines to start using the HASP Net key, short of completely reformatting to a clean Windows 7 installation?
