Re : Broken HASP installation

Hi Alan,

Hope you are keeping well.

Please follow the given instructions and share the results:

1. Does the HASP HL key glows when connected on the machine?

2. Try to plug in the HL key on another port of same machine and observe.

3. Open Device Manager, see if Windows is able to recognize your HASP HL key under 'Universal Serial Bus Controllers'.

4. Try to connect the HASP key on another machine and share the result.

5. Are you able to open http://localhost:1947/_int_/ACC_help_index.html on the machine where key is connected? If yes, does the HASP HL key visible under 'Sentinel Keys' page?
