Hi Philip,

Hope you are keeping well.

As you mentioned, you have generated a c2v in order to clear the clone. Have you generated system fingerprint or c2v from cloned license?

If system fingerprint then the error is correct but for cloned c2v if you get same issue then please send one email to "support@safenet-inc.com" with issue details and problematic c2v.
