Kindly share the operating system details and the version of Sentinel Protection drivers which is being used.
It appears to be a generic windows error.
Could you please try the below mentioned instructions in case of Windows Operating System and share the results:
a. Go to START menu and type in RUN.
b. Type in services.msc and hit Enter in RUN.
c. Look for the service 'Sentinel Protection Server' and Right click to open its Properties.
d. Click on 'Log On' tab, choose Local System Account and click OK.
Now try to restart the service.
