How do I, using the License Generation API in LDK 7.3, reset the cloned status of an existing license without losing the license?
We have a client with a network license on a virtual machine that moved the virtual machine to a new hosting service. This has triggered clone detection, the client can no longer work with our product and is understandably upset with us at the moment.
I see, in the deprecated Activation API Reference, there is a function hasp_act_clear which will reset a cloned Sentinel SL key into the "not-cloned" state. This is what I am looking to do except that we do not use EMS so I need to use the API to accomplish this.
