Thanks for the response.

As mentioned earlier, direct usage of hardware license dongles is not supported for Hyper-V.

However, if moving to SL license is not possible, there are a few third party alternatives we can try to use HL licenses.

Safenet recommends USB dongle server myUTN-80 by SEH Technology.
