Thanks for your query.
Please note that the Sentinel SL license which you are trying to transfer should be a rehostable license.
To check if the SL license is rehostable, please open the Admin Control Center ( http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html ), click on Sentinel Keys page and the rehostable license information should be available under 'Key Type' of SL key.
Note: SL key with key type "HASP SL Legacy" cannot be rehosted/transferred.
Kindly follow the below mentioned steps in order to transfer a license to different machine:
1.At the recipient machine, launch the Remote Update System (RUS) tool.
2.Go to the "Transfer License" tab.
3.At the option labelled "Step 1", browse to the location where you want to save the recipient information and type in the file name (.id file).
4.Click on "Collect and Save information" button and copy the created file to Source machine.
5.Now At the source machine, launch the RUS tool.
6.Go to the "Transfer License" tab.
7.At the option labelled as "Step 2", select the SL license to be rehosted.
8.Read the "Recipient information file" (.id file) created earlier on recipient machine.
9.Generate the license transfer file (h2h file).
10.Now at the recipient machine, apply the license transfer file using "Apply License file" tab.
