We would suggest to get in touch with your vendor as the VM platform support depends on the license terms defined while providing the license by the vendor.

 

For further information, please drop us an email on support@safenet-inc.com along with the error screenshot being faced. Kindly include the vendor in the email so that we may request the desired information  from your vendor to look into this further.
