You are correct you need to download the HASP_LM_setup.zip and follow instructions to install on Windows 7.

For the drivers, you can use the HASPUserSetup.exe 7.41 as you suggested or the haspdinst.exe (cmd-line installer).

Make sure you have a parallel port on the machine, Parallel to USB converter will not work.

On the client side, you may have to re-configure the
"nethasp.ini" file to provide IP Address of the new machine.
Also check the the port NetHASP: TCP/UDP 475 is not blocked on Windows 7 firewall.
