Seems like your tech support is not very supportive at all. They keep sending me the same computarized email response...:

If the product has been purchased from us, kindly provide the product details which you bought from us by mentioning its Sales Order No & Purchase Order No with your company name and complete address.

That's not very good tech support, plus whoever replies to the email doesn't even bother to read the WHOLE email to get ALL the information provided and needed.
