Re : Sentinel LDK with HASP4 session and client logging

Greetings Paul,

If no Sessions under the ACC are being seen when accessing that protected software, then it is likely that software is only protected against the legacy HASP4/HASP HL v1.x license protection (which uses that 8.32.5.40 License Manager to distribute the network seat licenses to client machines). You can also then use the Aladdin Monitor utility to see what network licenses are currently in use (however no logging of that tool is available - closest thing would be something like a screenshot taken every X minutes to track which clients are logged in).

If you want to use the ACC logging, then you would need to make sure your software protection is updated to use the updated LDK protection mechanisms. Then clients will gain access to the licenses provided they have the LDK RTE installed on their machines, and as long as you have your server's ACC configured to write an Access Log, and Include Local and Remote requests, then you can log those client sessions.

Hopefully this helps to resolve your issue.
