For the mentioned issue, below are some troubleshooting steps:
Before proceeding please make sure that the user has Admin rights and antivirus or firewall (if any) are disabled.
1. Download our latest drivers from below path:

2. We need to remove the existing drivers from machine (if any) first. Therefore, please follow below steps:
a. Open Command Prompt in elevated mode and browse to the location where the above mentioned drivers are downloaded.
b. Type haspdinst.exe -purge
c. Open Control Panel->Programs and Features-> uninstall Sentinel Runtime (if any) from there.
d. Open Registry-> Hkey_Local_machine->Software->Aladdin Knowlegde System->Hasp->Driver, remove Driver folder completely.
e. hasplms.exe is available under C:\Windows\System32, please remove this file manually.
f. Remove C:\windows->aksdrvsetup.log
3. Now restart the system.
4. Open Command Prompt in elevated mode, browse to the downloaded driver location and install drivers by
haspdinst.exe -i
