Could you please share the OS version with update build details being used ?
The driver version installed is deprecated and that maybe conflicting with the OS platform.
Kindly try the below steps and check if it helps:
>Click the below link to download and extract the latest RTE (command line version)
>Open the extracted folder in command prompt under admin mode.
>Run the below command, sequentially :-
haspdinst - purge (to uninstall, press enter)
haspdinst - i (to install, press enter)
