Need help about hasp_read funcation

H every one

now i'm able to call has_login(feature,vendor_code,handle)
and handle number generate automaticly while call it in first login my form

and i take handle number to call hasp_read but always get reult 9 that mean hasp invaild handle
All this in first session login call but after first session stablish
And my form login i call hasp read again by the same way
It is return 0 and working and can read key memory correct
so Why not read memory at first time and cal it at second time
Need help plz
