Using Sentinel HL Net key from one network to another

Hello,

We would like to authenticate our applicaton installed on 10.60.40.110 to a Sentinel HL Net key, installed on a computer with IP address 10.63.44.20.

Although we can visit the Admin webpage of the Sentinel key, authentication of our application doesn't work.

Is this an issue of the key or is there any possible to troubleshoot the problem more in depth?
