Hello,
I can totally understand that SafeNet cannot support problems encountered in and caused by modifications in Windows preview builds. Of course your statement is that you can only give support on SafeNet issues occuring on RTM builds, we use that same statement to our customers.
We as a software developer are somehow also in need of staying on the cutting edge of some things in order to prevent or at least be aware of problems arising in future versions.
Your reply however confirmed my guess that the issue was within the specific build and this was all I needed to know.
I can also confirm that performing the upgrade to the newer build has fixed the issue.
Thanks.
Patrick.
