Thanks for raising the concern.
It would require the Microsoft SQL Server management studio to perform the database backup and restore. Hence, kindly download and install the same for moving ahead with the activity.
Please use the below steps for the process.
At original setup:-
1- Open SQL server management studio and login over instance named HASPSRMDATABASE.
2- Open databases -> SRMServer database -> go-to tasks and click "backup" option.
3- Select "full backup" as backup type, proceed for the backup and save the generated backup (.bak) file.
At new setup:-
4- At the new setup machine, open system services under "Services.msc" and stop the service name "Sentinel HASP Business studio".
5- Open SQL Server management and login over instance named "HASPSRMDATABASE".
6- Open databases -> SRMServer database, go-to tasks and click "restore-database" option.
7- At this, It would require to browse the backup file (.bak) generated earlier.
8- Proceed for the restore.
9- After success, please Go to Databases -> SRMServer -> Tables, right click on “dbo.ServiceData and choose “Edit”. See that both the server name and the port number are correct or not. If not, then please change the same as per new machine.
10- Restart the service stopped in step -4.
