I hope you may be aware that the Sentinel Protection Installer 7.6.9 Package contains Sentinel System Driver 7.6.0
As part of testing, could you please choose custom installation, install Parallel drivers as shared in attached screenshot and share if it helps?
Additionally, please share the complete details of Windows 7 update which is currently installed at your end.
Note: Similar issue has been reported with SuperPro but only over Windows 10 update 1803. Therefore, we would like to investigate your case further.
